A family firm, built on the work.
Sheltech Contracting is a New York general contractor led by a father and son. Today the company does one thing: interiors, for commercial spaces and homes.
How we work
The people who price it run it
You talk directly to the owners, from the walkthrough to the final punch list.
Itemized, fixed pricing
Every proposal is broken out by scope so you can see what you're paying for.
Quiet, protected sites
We work inside live stores, offices and occupied buildings, and leave them clean each night.
Documented to the end
Photos at every stage and a closeout package with every project.
Leadership
Owner-led on every project.
More than 35 years in the New York construction trade.
Runs operations and project delivery, from estimating and scheduling to the crews on site.
